Cedacri International has a well defined personnel management policy and dedicates a lot of attention to the personal potential of each employee. Thus in 2012 , as well as every year, at the end of March, an ample motivation evaluation process is organized for the whole personnel. The primary feedback is announced on the spot, while the final results are presented by the end of May. This way, we intend to illuminate the predispositions and skills of each individual employee and to give them ground for future development. Simultaneously, it will also make identify any weak-spots that our personnel may have, thus making them easier to compensate. This analysis is performed by HR specialists of Cedacri Group.
